Caribbean BBQ: 3 Recipes for Your Next Cookout

Nothing says island living like a good BBQ. Here are three recipes that'll make your next cookout unforgettable:

Jerk Chicken Thighs

Marinate bone-in thighs in our house jerk seasoning overnight. Grill over medium heat for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Grilled Pineapple & Shrimp Skewers

Thread jumbo shrimp and fresh pineapple chunks on skewers. Brush with a glaze of lime juice, honey, and a pinch of cayenne. Grill 2-3 minutes per side.

Island Coleslaw

Shred green cabbage, carrots, and fresh mango. Toss with lime juice, coconut cream, and a touch of honey. The perfect cool side for spicy mains.
